Mo is responsible for bringing forward development sites through the planning system into building regulation before handing over to the build team, providing leadership and direction to the project team. As the journey normally starts with you, Mo works closely making sure we know what you want to achieve creating your dream spaces and also supporting you through the development stages. Other responsibilities include, managing consultants and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
Mo has a BA in Architecture, is a Chartered member of the Institute of Building MCIOB and has 24 years experience in Architectural and Planning and worked for a handful of Chartered Surveyors and Architectural Practices working on commercial and residential projects. He has a passion for property, and now mainly specialising in the residential field, working for housing developers and private one-off developments. Mo enjoys his balanced work-life relationship, loves spending time with his family, keeping fit, and is also keen Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.

Paul has more than 25 years of experience working in building surveying, architecture and structural design and detailing. He graduated at South Bank University with a BSc degree in Building Surveying in 1998.
Paul has a practical mind and enjoys problem solving. He is proficient at undertaking measured building and site surveys; the design, specification and detailing of extensions, roof-space conversions, refurbishments & new-build properties; and preparing
Planning & Building Regulations applications.
In his spare time Paul enjoys computer coding and regularly contributes to CAD forums helping other designers and draughtspeople around the world to improve their drawing skills and productivity.

This is Kamrul Hasan, a passionate architectural designer with a focus on sustainability, renewable energy and reduced ecological footprint. Bachelor in Architecture from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. Kamrul has worked as a junior architect for mid-sized architecture firm. Communicating with lead architects and builders to deliver finished product on-time and under budget. His key strengths are delivered projects consistently and on a timely manner, architectural walkthrough, animation videos and 3D design in Lumion.

With 22 years of industry experience, Simon brings a wealth of technical expertise and a passion for functional design to our team. Since graduating in 2004, he has dedicated his career to the belief that great architecture is about more than just structures—it’s about creating spaces that work beautifully for the people who use them.
Simon specialises in residential projects, ranging from bespoke one-off homes to large-scale housing developments of up to 250 units. He thrives on the challenge of solving complex design problems and is particularly skilled in producing the intricate technical drawings that make a building function perfectly. From initial U-value and water calculations to site inspections and CDM management, Simon enjoys the journey of seeing a project through from the first sketch to the final handover.
In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, golf, and spending time with his family.
