1. The ‘Referrer’ describes the existing or current customer of MCA Design Ltd
2. The ‘Friend’ describes the new customer.
3. The ‘Referral Gift’ Scheme is only available to UK residents aged 18 for both parties.
4. A Referrer will only be entitled to a Referral Gift after your referred friend has agreed to accept and paid at least planning or building regulations services
5. The Referrer will receive a voucher to the value of a £50 from their choice of either John Lewis or Marks and Spencer’s. Online.
6. No Cash or other alternatives will be offered
7. The Offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
